Quality #4

That's the name of the run in my plan for today.

10 minute warm-up

1st 1600 - 8:00
2nd 1600 - 7:33
3rd 1600 - 7:41
4th 1600 - 6:44 (oops)

10 minute cool down

I probably could have tried harder on the first 3.  I didn't realize that I could do 6:44 with some effort.  I'm tired though.  

Have fun training today.
