45 minutes on the Trainer

Today I had the choice of either 5 miles easy running or 45 minutes cross training.  I opted to get on the bike today and did 45 minutes of moderate cycling.

It felt good since cycling engages pretty much the opposite muscle of running.  Cycling utilizes the quads more than the hamstring and running does vice versa.  

But that's all I did today.  Legs feel pretty good from yesterday's run.
