Mobile Blogging from the Subway

That's where I am. Going to Manhattan to hang with some friends. Today I did 3 sets of...

1 x 1200@ 10k pace (1 min rest)
1 x 400 @ 5k pace (3 min rest)

It hurt a bit. My 1200s were at 5:30s and my 400s were around 1:30. Oh well I can do better.
