Ouch...
It's 6:44. I just got back from a difficult tempo run. I learned a valuable lesson today.
1. Splitting the run into 2 4.25 mile segments does wonders psychologically. The 1 min rest in between doesn't take away too much of the benefits of runnig continuously, or at least I thought.
First segment was run in 38:01 and the second was in 36:06.
Now I just want to sleep insteadnof going to work.
Oh and whoever (if anybody) reads this regularly could you click on follow this blog so Andy, Dave, Greg and I could feel good about ourselves.
