If that guy was Filipino, that would be me today. I have devised a perfect equation to describe today's run:(Rain + Cold + Wind)^Underdressed + (Cereal and eggs the day before) = Really junky run
3:41:14 which I think translates to 10:18 per mile compared to my same exact 21.7 2 weeks before at 9:15.
But it's ok. I figure there's one more 20 miler in my plan to redeem myself. Wish I had the Garmin Forerunner, actually thinking of getting the 305 since I don't really like the heart rate monitor anyway. Hope everybody else's run goes well this weekend. This race is going to be awesome possum.
