The Runners:
Veteran marathon runners Joe and Dave, along with first time marathoners Andy and Greg, join together to form a blog that hopefully motivates more than one of them to actually train before the San Diego Rock and Roll Marathon. Here is a bit of info on all of them:
Andy: Crippled by the winter in
Dave: Hailing from Staten Island a land synonymous with distance running, Dave is naturally gifted. He travels the nation fighting for justice while leaving some time here and there for a quick 22 mile run.
Joe: A seasoned veteran of 2 marathons, the pure muscle mass in Joe's gigantic legs hold him back from ever competing professionally.
Greg: Residing in the mountains of Syracuse has only strengthened Greg. In the athletic community he's known as "Mountain Goat" for his ferocious stride and mechanical like gait. Nothing can stop him.
