Wow man nice run... I must have had turtles after me, or three legged giraffes, just clocked in 'race pace' 4 miler at 38 minutes. Was thinking tomorrow speed but that might change to rest.

6 Miles in 31 Degrees on Thursday, 1/29/2009
We're blessed with good weather in Astoria, NY. I ran 6 miles in 31 degrees. Panthers were chasing me around mile 3 so I had to speed up. I ended up running 6 miles in 30 minutes. I was 3 minutes off my PR. Oh well gotta rest up for Saturday's 14 miler.
